I know what it feels like to be completely isolated, to be working so hard on your healing and doing it all alone. I want to offer you the support I didn’t feel I had on my own recovery journey.

Whether you find yourself facing M.E/CFS, long covid, chronic fatigue or chronic symptoms, this is a supportive, encouraging, empowering offering, personalised to suit where you’re at. Maybe you’re housebound or bedbound, maybe you’re at a point where you’re well enough to be reemerging into the world again, or maybe you’re ready to embrace life after being ill for a long time.

Along the way you’ve lost connection with yourself. Now, something in you knows, you’re ready to choose yourself, to come back to yourself. You want to heal, you want to take responsibility, but you don’t want to do it alone.

In our time together…

You’ll receive:

  • Pre-session questions for reflection before our partnership begins, diving into your goals, dreams and motivations.

  • 3 or 6 months of compassionate one-to-one support.

  • 6 or 12 coaching sessions via video call.

    1st session 90 mins, 1 hour thereafter (*although time can be discussed to suit your health needs).

  • Insightful notes after each call and helpful journal prompts or resources.

  • We’ll work with the whole of you, the mind and body, as appropriate. Sessions are always completely tailored to you and we’ll work intuitively with what comes up.

  • Intuitive activities, like somatic exercises or visualisations.

  • Email support between sessions, if required, within working hours Monday-Thursday. As much for celebrating a win as it is for seeking some further in-the-moment support.

3 months is for you if you’re looking for more concentrated support with specific goals you have in mind. You’re ready to take action and to build a compassionate mindset towards moving forward.

6 months

12 calls

£685 in full or pay £137 in 5 instalments

6 months is for you if you’re looking for longer term support and feel you need more clarity in where you’re heading. We can spend time digging into self-discovery and building confidence to take action towards your vision of healing.

If you want support for a specific topic or an element of your healing that you feel may be holding you back, a one-off Compassionate Clarity Session may be for you.

For international clients, there is a 5% payment processing charge.

I’m Suzi, your Wellbeing Coach

I’ve been where you are, struggling alone on my healing journey, trying desperately to do all I can to recover.

I don’t want you to have to do it alone too. Finding all the jigsaw pieces that equate to healing is a tough job. Sometimes, you need someone to support, encourage and empower you as you go.

After 18 years of up and down M.E/CFS symptoms, I have taken myself from being severely bed bound, only able to walk to the toilet for 2.5 years, to climbing actual mountains. I understand the courage, resilience, compassion and utter hard work it takes to get here.

I hold a Coaching Diploma accredited by the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and have 100 hours of accredited 1:1 coaching experience.

I have also completed short courses with Gabor Maté on the Wisdom of Trauma, with Tara Brach on Awakening the Fearless Heart, with Kristen Neff on Mindful Self-Compassion and with The Embody Lab on Integrative Somatic Parts Work.

Recovery interviews inspire so much hope and empowerment as well as offering insight and knowledge into what has helped others heal.  FAQs

  • I am currently taking on clients from October 2022.

  • A Connection Call is completely free with no obligation on your part to move forward with coaching sessions. We’ll meet via video call for 20 minutes. It’s an opportunity for us to learn a little more about each other, what brings you to coaching, the coaching I can offer and whether we’re aligned to work in a supportive, collaborative partnership. Bring any questions you have.

  • In a 3 or 6 month package, we’ll see each other on a fortnightly basis. If you’re wanting more accountability or more frequent support, we can have sessions weekly.

  • The first session in a 3 or 6 month package is 90 minutes. After this, sessions will be an hour long. If you’re currently unable to engage in a full hour due to your health, I get it. We can discuss shorter sessions, however, for you to get the most out of sessions, I’d recommend no shorter than 40 minutes each session.

  • We’ll meet via video call on a fortnightly basis (unless otherwise arranged). We’ll begin the session with a grounding exercise, if it feels comfortable for you, and review any progress between sessions. We’ll see what you’d like to focus on for that day’s session and, if you’re not sure what to talk about, I’ll enquire to find what feels relevant for you. We can then explore your goal, seeing what intuitively comes up, and we may do some exercises or visualisations if they’re appropriate. I’ll always ask before guiding you into an activity. You’ll leave the session with some actions to move forward.

  • If you’re ready to take responsibility and work towards the change your true self is craving, coaching is right for you.

  • Absolutely. I work from Manchester, UK and take calls Monday-Thursday 10am - 4pm. We can work out our time zones and it’s usually possible to find a time that suits us both.

  • Yes, I want this to be as accessible as possible for you. Your 3 or 6 month package can be paid in instalments if that works better.

    3 months - £185 in 2 instalments

    6 months - £137 in 5 instalments

    We can look at even longer term payment plans if necessary.

  • Coaching requires a lot of participation from yourself, exploring thoughts, emotions and beliefs. It will require your focus and engagement. Only you can determine whether you feel ready for this kind of exploration.

    I will do everything I can to support you where you are on your healing journey. As we meet via video call, you’re welcome to stay where you’re most comfortable, whether that’s in your bed, sofa or pyjamas! I will check-in with how you’re feeling and we can take pauses mid-session to do some short breathwork or grounding, if necessary.

  • I understand there can be dips in how you’re feeling. We can work around your health but I do ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. We can arrange longer periods between sessions if needs be but I would recommend no longer than 4 weeks.
