A cause needs advocating. It needs connection. It needs truth. It needs the power of the written word.

What greater cause is there than the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Suzi Leach Content Writing Portfolio

When it comes to health and wellbeing, there is great power in connecting to ourselves and connecting to others and, for me, connection happens through words. Whether it’s through shared wisdom or shared humanity, reading to understand or feel understood is healing.

Following my own years of disconnection, whilst chronically ill for 17 years, and my own reconnection through training in Wellness & Resilience Coaching, I now write passionately and empathetically in the health and wellness sphere.

Life doesn’t happen without health, life can’t flourish without the wholeness of wellbeing. And everyone is deserving of both.

Whether it’s through blogs, print magazine publications, digital magazines, newsletters or websites, I write health and wellness content with lived experience and a heart that beats to connect.

My 17 years’ lived experience of chronic illness has enabled me to tenderheartedly and responsively understand and grow a passion for health and wellbeing.

I have previously worked in digital marketing and have experience in freelance writing for a variety of sectors - Retail, Hospitality, Fashion, Home & Lifestyle and Recruitment.
