It can be frustrating when you’re feeling stuck. These single guidance sessions are framed in self-compassion to ease frustration and gain clarity in how you can move forward.

Maybe you’ve hit a block along your healing journey from chronic symptoms.

Maybe you’ve noticed an old story that keeps playing in your head you don’t seem to be able to move past.

Maybe you want to focus on building something specific on your self-development journey, like self-compassion or resilience.

Maybe you know you’re stuck but unsure of where it is you’re wanting to move towards.

What to expect…

Whether it’s a specific topic, limiting belief or obstacle you’re facing, you’re finding it difficult to spark any change or movement. 

In these sessions, you’ll find some guidance, some support, some focused perspective to feel empowered, inspired, motivated to get moving again.

In 90 minutes, we’ll dig into the heart of your thoughts, beliefs and emotions surrounding the topic and gently devise the next steps you can take.

In our time together…

You’ll receive:

  • Pre-session questions for reflection to give insightful context and a clear headspace for an impactful session together.

  • 90 minutes of compassionate one-to-one support via video call.

  • We’ll begin with a short compassionate, supportive meditation to set the scene.

  • Insightful notes after our call and helpful journal prompts or resources for you to take forward with you.

  • An email check-in 4-6 weeks later to see how you’re doing.

  • We’ll work with the whole of you, the mind and body, as appropriate, which may include somatic exercises or visualisations.

For international clients, there is a 5% payment processing charge.

  • I am currently taking on clients from October 2022.

  • A Connection Call is completely free with no obligation on your part to move forward with coaching sessions. We’ll meet via video call for 20 minutes. It’s an opportunity for us to learn a little more about each other, what brings you to coaching, the coaching I can offer and whether we’re aligned to work in a supportive, collaborative partnership. Bring any questions you have.

  • A Compassionate Clarity session is 90 minutes.

  • We’ll meet via video call at a time that suits us both. We’ll begin with a compassionate, supportive meditation to ground us into the session. We’ll review your focus for the session as initially outlined in the pre-session questions and see if that still feels right to discuss. We can then explore your goal, seeing what intuitively comes up, and we may do some exercises or visualisations if they’re appropriate. I’ll always ask before guiding you into an activity. You’ll leave the session with some actions to move forward.

  • If you’re ready to take responsibility and work towards the change your true self is craving, coaching is right for you.

  • Absolutely. I work from Manchester, UK and take calls Monday-Thursday 10am - 4pm. We can work out our time zones and it’s usually possible to find a time that suits us both.

  • Yes, I want this to be as accessible as possible for you.

    A Compassionate Clarity session can be paid in 2 instalments of £55.

  • Coaching requires a lot of participation from yourself, exploring thoughts, emotions and beliefs. It will require your focus and engagement. Only you can determine whether you feel ready for this kind of exploration.

    I will do everything I can to support you where you are on your healing journey. As we meet via video call, you’re welcome to stay where you’re most comfortable, whether that’s in your bed, sofa or pyjamas!

    I will check-in with how you’re feeling and we can take pauses mid-session to do some short breathwork or grounding, if necessary.

  • I understand there can be dips in how you’re feeling. We can work around your health but I do ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. In a one-off 90 minute session, we can plan to take a mid-session pause and do some breathwork if this would be helpful for you.

  • Yes. I offer longer term support in 3 or 6 month packages. If that’s what you’re looking for, take a look at my Health Recovery Coaching or Return To Self Coaching.
