“Sharing this time with Suzi has enriched my life in many ways. Living with chronic illness can be so isolating, difficult and complex. It has been such a gift to be able to connect with someone who deeply understands this and to be held with such compassion and understanding whilst unravelling the many layers. I felt a sense of solidarity which was really valuable for me.

During our time together, I have felt supported, encouraged, inspired, empowered and believed in. Suzi helped me wade through the chaos and fog of my mind and find some structure, clarity, connection and safety in the process. I have grown through our time together and connected more deeply with my body, my heart and my intuition.

I loved opening with a meditation each week and the journaling prompts were right up my alley and helped me further explore the themes that had come up between sessions.

A big thing I have noticed is being more aware of how I talk to myself and treat myself, and bringing more compassion into my life. I have felt really guided in setting more manageable goals for myself, being mindful of my expectations, releasing perfectionism, validating my own feelings and experiences, and celebrating progress. And setting more boundaries, which has helped me feel safer and a greater sense of self respect.”

“I came to Suzi for help with building confidence and trust in myself, hope and belief in recovery, help with making decisions, increasing motivation and working on my purpose.

I got out everything I wanted from the sessions and more! I have made so much progress with building trust and confidence in myself and and increasing my hope and belief, as well as starting to find decision-making easier by coming at it from a different place and have worked on pieces towards my purpose. We also worked on my perfectionist/achiever tendencies and how to approach study differently and also worked on fears that I had.

I found the grounding exercises at the beginning of the session really helpful to get me to a place where I was better able to work on what I needed to. I found the somatic experiencing exercises/ parts work very useful and it helped me work through a lot and reveal some emotions and thoughts I was surprised about. I really enjoyed the guided visualisations. These are tools I will try to take with me into my own life.

Suzi is the loveliest soul - kind, warm, gentle and funny. She made me feel so understood, heard and seen and helped me to see parts of myself that I was unaware of. I really enjoyed our sessions together and always looked forward to them and left them feeling more positive/optimistic and with greater clarity on my next steps. She has a calming/nurturing/comforting presence and an ability to understand and pull out meaning and rephrase it back to you so you can reflect back on what you have said.

I have made such huge shifts in my mindset and made progress in my recovery since working with her. Together we explored fears, perfectionism, motivation, my values, my goals and dreams for the future and more. She helped me to develop more self-compassion, self-confidence and move me closer towards my truth and my highest self. Suzi is very supportive and encouraging and holds a safe container in which you can explore and uncover things that help you move closer to who you want to be.”

“I was initially looking for support with anxiety and feeling fear/uncertainty around new situations. I definitely felt my needs were met! I was really surprised by how much things have improved since we’ve been working together.

Having the space to talk about things and have elements summarised or even just repeated back to see how they landed was really useful. Suzi’s insights and being able to see the bigger picture were incredibly helpful. It was really useful to delve deeper into what was behind certain thoughts or beliefs that I had previously taken at face value or thought I understood.

I really liked the activities, even the simple grounding exercises showed the benefit of taking a few minutes to check in! The somatic exercises were really special for me and I got a lot from them.

The benefits have spilled out into all aspects of my life! My self-belief has grown and I trust my intuition and decisions. Suzi holds space beautifully and I instantly felt comfortable to share my issues and felt heard and understood. Fear was causing a great deal of overwhelm and anxiety for me but after a few sessions together I now feel able to face new situations with much more inner confidence - thanks Suzi!”

“I had a one-off session with Suzi to help with an ongoing trigger and unhelpful belief. I feel like I know where I’m going with this now. Suzi helped me realise my strength, refocus on what I need to do, amongst other helpful tips.

Suzi was a great listener, empathetic whilst I was feeling emotional and asked some really good questions to help me have some very good realisations.

I loved the support whilst I connected with one of my parts and also the somatic work. The reminder of what I need to do myself going forward and the little character of the negative voices of others from my past was really useful.

“I began working with Suzi for accountability on implementing daily healing practices, and support with focusing on achievable healing goals.

Doing the grounding and breathing exercises at the beginning together each time was a really nice way to get calm and present and to get the most out of the session. Suzi’s communication style was clear, calm and supportive and I felt totally comfortable speaking.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Suzi. Some of my main challenges are anxiety, work stress, difficulty focusing and staying consistent, perfectionism, and long term health issues. Her approach is warm, supportive and structured.

Having some steering to stay on track when setting goals stopped me from getting distracted. It was really helpful to have the accountability of reporting back to someone on the changes I was making, which helped me stay consistent with implementing things. And having someone to hold your hand when thinking through options or obstacles, helped me to address some things that I would otherwise avoid or find overwhelming. And her reminders to have self compassion and find alternatives for perfectionism were really valuable. I would really recommend Suzi as a coach!”
